Forgot Your Username/Password?
At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, our doctors, nurses, and specialists work together to give the best possible care. To support our patients and caregivers during this process, we offer access to a patient portal, MyMSK.
This secure, web-based platform allows patients to manage their healthcare information conveniently from anywhere. The MyMSK patient portal will enable patients to access their medical records, communicate with their healthcare providers, schedule appointments, and manage other health-related tasks.
How to Retrieve Your MyMSK Username/Password
However, suppose you forgot your MyMSK patient portal account username and password. In that case, you can retrieve it by following the steps below and entering your email address to receive an email to reset your password.
Did you forget your password? To reset your password, go to the MyMSK Patient Portal login page by copying https://mymsksso.mskcc.org/ssoportal/Account/Login into your browser then click Forgot password.
On the Forgot Password page, type your Username, Date of Birth, and email address then click Submit. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password.
Did you forget your username? To recover your username, go to the MyMSK Patient Portal login page by copying https://mymsksso.mskcc.org/ssoportal/Account/Login into your browser and launching it, then click Forgot username?
On Forgot username, type your verified account email address, and click Submit. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up a new username.
How to Log in to the MyMSK Patient Portal
To access your account, open your preferred web browser on your computer or mobile device and follow the below steps:
- Access the Login Page: Visit the MyMSK login page.
- Enter Login Details: Input your email address and password in the respective fields.
- Sign Out for Security: Always remember to sign out to protect your health information, especially if you’re using a public or shared computer.
How to Contact MSK
If you have questions or concerns, contact your healthcare provider. A member of your care team will answer Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
